About Me

I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno (specializing in Law and Legal Science) and the Faculty of Education at the same university (specializing in teaching Czech Language, Literature and Civics).

After completing law school, I began my legal career at an NGO providing counseling to foreign nationals, initially as a lawyer, and later as the head of the legal department.

That job gave me experience not only in providing direct legal advice but also in strategic work, including reviewing draft legislation and participating in negotiations at both national and international levels (such as meetings of the European Integration Forum established under the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels). After that, I used my expertise in immigration law to co-author the monograph *Cizinecké právo* (Immigration Law) (Linde Praha, 2012).

In 2012, I moved into private legal practice, and since 2016, I have been practicing as an independent attorney. I provide legal services across a wide range of legal fields, with a primary focus on civil, commercial, labor, and immigration law.

As an independent attorney, I offer clients a highly personalized approach, tailoring my services to their specific needs and requirements. In addition to providing individual legal services, I also conduct professional training sessions and lectures.
