Fee

The fee for legal services is always agreed upon in advance so that the client has a clear idea of the costs from the outset. It is based on a transparent and fair agreement that takes into account the scope and complexity of the services provided.

The fee may be structured as an hourly rate (based on time spent), a fee per legal act (for each specific legal service performed), a contingency fee (a percentage of the dispute outcome), or a flat fee (monthly or per matter).

An hourly rate is the most common arrangement; the rate depends on the area of law and the complexity of the specific case, starting at CZK 2,500. I offer new clients a complimentary initial consultation of up to 20 minutes.
